This is our annual trek to Ocean City for the HS students.



Cost:
Youth $125
Leaders (25&Up): $80
plus $$ for food & snacks, souvenirs, & $5 for lunch at Grotto’s for pizza only on Saturday. 

Money and permission slip are due by Sunday March 18, 2012

Our general schedule is as follows:

Friday March 23: 
Meet at the MT Airy Superfresh Shopping Center at 4:00 pm.  
We will stop for dinner after the Bay Bridge as a group.
We head directly to the Convention Ctr. for Friday night’s session.
After the session, we go to the hotel to check in.

Saturday, March 24:   
The conference starts at the Convention Ctr. at 8:30am.
As a group, we have lunch at our favorite pizza restaurant. Grotto’s. At Grotto’s it is all you can eat pizza & drink for $5.00 per person. After lunch, there are group games on the beach then scheduled free time for the youth & their leaders to enjoy.
After dinner we head back to the Convention Ctr. for the evening session & a concert.

Sunday, March 25:   
Pack up & check out. Arrive at Convention Ctr. for morning
session. After the session, it is time to gas up & head home.
We grab lunch on our trip back. Arrive at Superfresh in Mt Airy between 3:30 – 4:00 pm.
